# Groups of 5+ paid by 1 organization/individual on 1 cheque or credit card – MUST use one registration form PER PERSON and mail together with all delegates details required

^ Proof of FULL -TIME student MUST accompany payment – online registration must fax/mail CLEAR proof same day or $30 admin fee charged for following up. Only applicable if fulltime student is funding self (agency/organization not eligible for subsidy) and not in full-time employment .

Terms & Conditions

· one person per registration form
· complete all details
· where an AGENCY is funding your registration please ensure you PROVIDE YOUR ADDRESS for information to be sent to you (not your accounts department!)
· delegates are responsible for errors in details provided
· TAX INVOICE –  your registration form is designed as an official tax invoice: personalized invoices incur $30 fee
· TAX DEDUCTIBLE - your receipt and information will be emailed within 3 days (contact us if not received)
· Requests for lost, or additional, copies of receipts or certificates incur an administration charge of $10
· Fees inclusive of GST
· Cheques, bank drafts or money orders must be made in Australian dollars
· Bankcard, Visa, MasterCard ONLY accepted
· shared / split registration is not possible
· All dates subject to postmarked date or 6pm AEST for faxed and online registrations
· Late / Onsite registration: – no guarantee of materials or catering after 27 April 2007

Cancellations

· must be made in writing
· a substitute may attend in your place (same city)  – please advise ASAP for transfer of name badge; certificate etc. – fee $30
· transfer to another city, if possible – fee $30
· $100 administration fee before or on 16 March 2007
· $150 is incurred from 17 March – 27 April 2007 inclusive
· Sorry, no refund after 27 April for any reason – no exceptions possible
· policy applies where incorrect payment is received and then cancelled
· SORRY, NO SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS ON FEES OR POLICIES ARE POSSIBLE IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE
