Registration Fees

Requests for personalized tax invoices / purchase orders - additional fee: $30.00
Late registration: catering / handouts not guaranteed

NB: registration form is an official tax invoice and receipts are mailed
(All prices quoted in Australian dollars and includes GST)

* Further discount for individuals (not agency) who are current financial members or staff of listed sponsors

# Groups of 5+ paid by 1 organization/individual on 1 cheque or credit card – MUST use one registration form PER PERSON and mail together with all delegates details required

^ Proof of FULL-TIME student MUST accompany payment – online registration MUST fax / mail proof

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION

• places can not be held without full payment
• your tax receipt will be mailed within 14 days – contact us if not received
• the registration form is an official tax invoice – requests for personalized invoices: $30 fee
• requests for duplicate receipts / certificates incur $10 fee
• shared registration is not possible
• fees are inclusive of GST and are in $AUD
• one person only per registration form is accepted
• all dates subject to postmarked date or midnight for online registrations

CANCELLATIONS

• must be made in writing
• a substitute may attend in your place - fee $30 – advise in writing prior to 1 April ‘06
• $100 administration fee before or on 18 February
• $250 fee from 19 Feb – 1 April
• no refund after close on 1 April 2006 – after this late or onsite rate and conditions apply
• NO EXCEPTIONS possible in any circumstances
