Due to popular demand Dr Colin Ross has been invited back for a 3rd visit! Colin's skilful ability to explain and demonstrate effective and compassionate interventions in complex therapeutic scenarios enables him to reach audiences with a range of experience from introductory to advanced levels. Colin is an internationally recognized clinician, researcher, writer and lecturer on complex psychological trauma. He has a deep understanding of cutting-edge issues, along with a wonderful sense of humour. Much of his time is now spent teaching throughout North America, Canada, Britain, Europe, New Zealand and China.
Colin is a pioneer in the field of dissociative disorders and in bringing to attention the prevalence of trauma and its relevance to effective therapy in numerous psychiatric disorders. Videos of interventions displaying how difficult issues with clients/patients are navigated will be shown. His sensitivity, empathy and humour are revealed in artful management of painful concerns and extremely challenging matters. Role-plays with the audience will further explore pertinent concerns in this manner.
This training with Colin is an invaluable opportunity. We are privileged to be offering you this experience with an outstanding speaker with a unique approach to trauma, and especially, people deemed ‘resistant' with complex co-morbidity issues.
It is with great pleasure that The Delphi Centre in collaboration with The Cannan Institute and the Trauma and Dissociation Unit, Belmont Hospital, Qld. present Colin in our continued commitment to provide best practice professional development training.
We look forward to sharing another outstanding conference program with you!
