Terms and Conditions

· applying to register is an acceptance of these
· where an agency is funding you, your completed registration must accompany payment
· tax receipt/confirmation letter will be emailed only
· payment must be made in Australian dollars
· cheque, bank draft, money order, Visa or Mastercard only accepted (No EFT / other cards)
· split/shared registration is not possible
· all dates subject to postmarked date or 6pm AEST / AEDT in Victoria
· late registration: if place is available, no guarantee of catering for registrations on or after the close of Standard Registration
· this workshop is professional development training for health care professionals and is not suitable for clients
· no discounts beyond Early Bird
· no special exceptions possible

Cancellation Policy

· must be made in writing: we confirm by email
· a substitute may attend in your place: transfer fee $30 – advise by email or fax (amounts under $50 can not be paid by credit card)
· $100 admin istration fee before or on Close of Standard registrations
· no refund after Close Standard registrations
· all dates subject to postmarked date or 6pm AEST / AEDT in Victoria
· NO EXCEPTIONS possible in any circumstances
