Important Details

• only one person per registration form accepted - complete all details
• where an Agency is funding your registration please ensure you provide your address for information to be sent to you
• shared/split registration is not possible due to the nature of
  the conference
• Tax deductible - Your receipt, information and map will be mailed within 14 days
• Fees inclusive of GST
• Cheques, bank drafts or money orders must be made in Australia dollars
• Bankcard, Visa, MasterCard only accepted
• Requests for lost, or additional, copies of receipts or certificates incur an administration charge of $10
• All dates subject to postmarked date
• Close of registrations: 25 August 2004
• Onsite / late registration: additional $50 fee (subject to availability - no guarantee of hand-out or catering)

Cancellations

• must be made in writing
• a substitute may attend in your place - please advise prior to commencement for name badge; certificate etc.
• $100 administration fee before or on 8 July 2004
• 50% refund for registration category between 9 July - 25 August 2004
• Sorry, no refund after 25 August for any reason - no exceptions possible
• No special exceptions on fees or policies are possible in any circumstances.
