Submission Requirements:

Proposals must be submitted by 3 February 2003
Indicate whether your proposal is a) Practice or b) Research
List 3 objectives of your presentation
4 Formats are offered:

(1) Paper - Total 30 mins or 45 mins (please indicate your preference)
(2) Symposium (organized collection of 3-4 papers around a theme) - total 90 mins
(3) Workshop (didactic, interactive training focus)
(4) Mini-workshop - 90 mins
(5) Half-day - 3 hour
(4) Invited speaker - (time advised individually)

Please use Times New Roman, 10 pt font; 2cm margins with body no more than 250 words
Biography of less than 100 words
Author's name(s) with name of presenter underlined and his/her affiliations, qualifications, organisation, address, telephone, fax, mobile/cell phone and email must be provided

Selection and Notification

Conference Advisory Committee and the International Advisory Committee will select presentations

Research abstracts will be reviewed by a Scientific Peer Review Subcommittee

Incomplete or proposals that do not comply to the required format will not be considered

Authors will be notified by 3 March 2003
