Please Note: All presenters must
register for the conference. See Sponsors
section for your eligibility for an additional discount!
All current paid members or staff of any of our sponsors
receive an additional discount off your Early
Bird or Standard Registration Fee. All prices quoted
in $AUD
Registration fees have been kept to a
minimum due to the kind generosity of many dedicated
keynotes who have accepted no costs or fees will be
paid until certain costs are covered.
DISCOUNTS:
There is a substantial discount for Early Bird registration,
Full-time students and conference delegates attending
the pre or post-conference workshops. Group bookings
for main conference of 6 paid by an organization receive
a discount of $30 per person (only applicable if not
taking advantage of eligibility for the Sponsor related
discount): must INCLUDE ONE REGISTRATION FORM PER DELEGATE
and mail ALL TOGETHER with payment
FURTHER DISCOUNT:
Current membership or staff of listed conference sponsors
attending the 3 days receive an additional discount
IN ADDITION:
Register before 31st May and go in the draw for
a book voucher valued at $250.00 announced at the conference!

Cancellation
Policy:
You may transfer your registration to another
delegate to attend in your place - please notify us
of the name of your substitute
Cancellations postmarked before 31 July 2003
will be refunded minus a $75 administration fee
Cancellations postmarked on 1 August 2003 and after
are non-refundable
Cancellations must be submitted IN WRITING (by
email, fax or letter) and will be acknowledged
No special consideration for any reason is possible
in order to meet financial obligations
If an event as outlined in the section headed 'Liability'
occurs, such that the safety of the conference venue
or any of its participants or delegates are placed at
risk, the convenors will then have the right to cancel
the conference. Whether the conference is cancelled
in these circumstances will be at the absolute discretion
of The Delphi Centre.
Privacy Policy
The Delphi Centre is bound by, and committed
to supporting, the National Privacy Principles (NPPs)
set out in the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act

deals with personal information please refer

The Delphi Centre will collect and store
information you provide in this Registration Form for
the purposes of enabling us to register your attendance
at the Conference, to assist with administrative and
planning purposes and for future planning and development
of The Delphi Centre Conferences and other events, to
facilitate your requirements in relation to the Conference.
The information that you provide in the Registration
form and information provided at any other time during
the Conference, including without limitation any feedback
obtained during the Conference, will be used by The
Delphi Centre to offer, provide and continue to improve
its Conferences and other services. Personal details
will not be made available to delegates, trade exhibitors
or others.
As a member of The Delphi Centre's database,
on your behalf, at times the Centre will co-ordinate
forwarding related material provided by other organizations,
that may be of interest to you. At no time will anyone
other than staff at The Delphi Centre or The Meeting
Planners (who process registrations) have direct access
to your details. Should you not wish to receive information
about future Professional Development Training please
advise The Delphi Centre in writing.
The Delphi Centre will not otherwise,
without your consent, use or disclose your personal
information for any purpose unless it would reasonably
be expected that such purpose is related to the offer,
provision and improvement of The Delphi Centre conferences
or where such purpose is permitted or required by law.
Liability
In case of industrial or political
disruption, war, invasion or civil war, hostilities
(whether war be declared or not) riot, rebellion or
civil commotion or other activity beyond the control
of the Conference Convenors, the Committee and all associated
persons, accept no responsibility for any damage or
loss of monies incurred by participants.
