Discounted Accommodation
Our magnificent conference venue also provides first class, convenient accommodation. Hotel accommodation at preferential rates has been reserved at the Grand Hyatt Melbourne for conference delegates. Quote Reservation Number G-DELP/61259. Room rates are inclusive of 10% GST. Hyatt Guest Room (5 star) - $200.00 per night single/twin/double (normally $350)
Grand Club Room (5 star) - $230.00 per night for single/twin/double (normally $420)

Grand Club guests will be entitled to such privileges as extensive Continental buffet breakfast, all day refreshments and evening canapes and cocktails served in the Grand Club Lounge on Level 31. Breakfast is not included in the Hyatt Guest rooms (extra $31 served in the Plane Tree Café Restaurant).

Payment Terms - Grand Hyatt Melbourne: The deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is received less than 1 week prior to arrival. Where a credit card number is provided as a guarantee, a minimum of 48 hours notice of cancellation is required or 1 night's accommodation is charged. If there is a "No-Show" on the arrival date, the room will be held until 11.00am the next day and then released with the deposit forfeited. All accounts must settle on departure unless prior arrangements are made in writing with the Hotel. Telephone reservations will not be accepted.

Change of Booking: Unless booking directly with the Hotel, any change to a reservation must be notified in writing to the Conference Office NOT directly to the hotel.

Parking
The car park located under the Hyatt Hotel is operated independently by Wilson Parking, and is accessible from Flinders Lane. We have a negotiated a special rate for conference delegates of $20 per day.
