* Further discount for individuals (not agency) who are current financial members or staff of listed sponsors
# Groups of 5+ paid by 1 organization/individual on 1 cheque or credit card - MUST use one registration form PER PERSON and mail together
^ Proof of FULL-TIME student MUST accompany payment - online registration must fax/mail proof

IMPORTANT DETAILS

  • one person per registration form
  • complete all details
  • where an AGENCY is funding your registration please ensure you provide your address for information to be sent to you (not their accounts department!)
  • TAX INVOICE - your registration form is designed as an official tax invoice: personalized invoices incur $30 fee
  • shared / split registration is not possible due to the nature of the conference
  • TAX DEDUCTIBLE - Your receipt, information and map will be mailed within 14 days (contact us if not received)
  • Requests for lost, or additional, copies of receipts or certificates incur an administration charge of $10
  • Fees inclusive of GST
  • Cheques, bank drafts or money orders must be made in Australia dollars
  • Bankcard, Visa, MasterCard ONLY accepted
  • All dates subject to postmarked date or midnight for faxed and online registrations
  • Close of registrations : 1 April 2005
  • Late / Onsite registration : additional $55 fee as  in above  fees (subject to availability - no guarantee of material or catering)

Cancellations

  • must be made in writing
  • a substitute may attend in your place (same city) - please advise prior to 1 st April for transfer of name badge; certificate etc. - fee $30
  • transfer to another city, if possible - fee $30
  • $100 administration fee before or on 18 February 2005
  • $250 is incurred for all cancellations on 19 February - 1 April 2005
  • Sorry, no refund after 1 April for any reason - no exceptions possible
  • NO SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS ON FEES OR POLICIES ARE POSSIBLE IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE
