Counselling respects the value of taking responsibility
to heal subconscious dynamics and wounds from your past experiences
- and so frees you from re-enacting pain and limitation
which allows you enjoyment of possibilities and potential.
2) Coaching emphasizes planning, action, and
external change while counselling emphasizes
feelings, self-awareness and internal change.
3) Coaching may be done over the phone if preferred
whereas counselling is better in person.
4) Coaching involves set follow-up tasks for
proceeding at the next consultation. Counselling may or may
not involve follow-up tasks.
