You
already know your organization's greatest asset is your people.
To achieve and maintain a competitive edge in business you
must retain your best and brightest employees.
In today's world, people are looking for more
than financial remuneration - uppermost is the desire for
a quality lifestyle.
At an approximate cost of 2.5 times the salary
to lose and replace a person, plus the unaudited cost of lost
clients or customers when their contact leaves, investing
in keeping your people is economic sense.
Work-life initiatives can say volumes to your staff but don't
have to cost a fortune

Implementing work-life programs
is increasingly correlated with pumping up a company's bottom
line. Organizations are organisms. Like the human organism,
if any part is not functioning optimally then the whole suffers.
It might be doing OK, or even really well, but it could do
so much better.
"Blueprint for Life" is a work-life
program that delivers the results you are looking for.
This program teaches essential
tools for self management and creating meaning and purpose
in your life. I will find a way to get this into the organization
I work in and can foresee that it will be one of the most
important initiatives I could possibly drive.
