How to get there

Train: Sydney station – serviced by North Shore and Northern Service lines. Approximately 10 minute walk up Miller street then turn right into McLaren Street

The bus stop near the corner of Miller Street and McLaren Street is the closest one to the hotel.

From Sydney Airport - 15 Kilometres north travelling from the Airport turn right onto General Holmes Drive left onto Southern Cross Drive which becomes South Dowling Street. Turn left onto Flinders Street then left onto Campbell Street Right onto Crown Street following signs to Harbour Bridge. Take the Pacific Highway Exit to North Sydney veering to the left, then right at the second set of traffic lights (Miller Street). At the second set of traffic lights turn right into McLaren Street. Rydges North Sydney is located on the left hand side.

Taxi is approximately $40-50 and a 35-45 minute drive from the airport.

From the CBD - 4 kilometres north travelling north on George Street Turn left into Grosvenor Street then right onto the Harbour Bridge. From here see Airport directions above. How to get there:

Train: Take to Adelaide train station – then take bus or tram (see below)

Bus:  99C city loop bus – Zone D. Get off at stop 9 (cnr. North Tce & Kintore Ave). Cross to the other side of North Tce and head east until you see Charles St (Landmark is David Jones). Walk down Charles St until you reach Rundle Mall. Turn left and keep walking along Mall until you see Hotel Richmond (between Smokemart and Price Attack).

Tram: From Adelaide train station on North Tce travels along Rundle Mall heading east. Get off at Darrell Lea Chocolate (Cnr Rundle Mall &King William Rd) walk down Rundle Mall and Hotel Richmond is on the left.

From Adelaide Airport – taxi / shuttle service / bus: Approximately 6K’s from CBD taking approx. 20 minutes by taxi – cost $50.00. There is also a Skylink Airport Shuttle service outside the terminal. This goes to the CBD and major hotels. Bus No.s 10, 11, 12 from outside the airport go to the CBD.

Parking:
The hotel has undercover valet parking for guests in the Wilson's car park, located on North Terrace. Valet parking is accessible from Austin Street (off Pulteney Street) or Twin Street (off Grenfell Street); simply park in one of the loading bays, come through to the hotel with your keys and the hotel will move the car for you.

The valet parking service costs $18.50 per day and guests may access their cars as often as required.

The Hotel also offers $14.00 single exit passes for use in the Wilsons car park on North Terrace if you would prefer to self park in the public car park area. This option is good if you do not plan on using your vehicle for the period of your stay. Please ask for a single exit pass at reception.

How to get there:

Train: Civic station is the nearest train station. To walk to the hotel turn left once you are out the front of the civic station. Then turn left into Merewether St. The hotel is approx. 100m in front of you.

Bus:  The closest bus stop is out the front of civic station so follow directions above.  Bus numbers that stop at the station are 349/350 to/from Lake Macquarie. Bus numbers 100/101/103/108 also stop at the station and go to/from the city of Newcastle to the West.

From  Airport – Williamtown airport is 30K from the hotel.
